Hmm, as for the date I agree with WotLK beta tester, but my guess is that it will come out a little bit sooner, maybe october-november 2008.

You couldn’t download TBC via download and all the first shipment of boxes were sold out within minutes. Some people had to wait days for reshipments before they could get into TBC.
I have also already heard rumor that the quantity of boxes shipped for the release date will be limited.

Yes I would also reccomend pre-ordering the extension. I had to wait few days when BC was released to get my game from store. It was sold out immediately. This time I’m not making the same mistake.
